Ce programme suit les programmes officiels de l’Education Nationale. Il est enseigné par des professeurs certifiés et agrégés de l’Education Nationale. Les méthodes actives, créatives, et accélérées d’Open Mind sont appliquées. Un examen est donné à la fin de chaque mois.

We are following the official French curriculum. Our classes are taught by certified teachers and members of “éducation nationale”.

We apply active, creative, and accelerated teaching methods of Open Mind.

Programme Janvier - Mars 2021

Il s’agira de lire et d’analyser le Portrait de N. Gogol, l’Avare de Molière et les Illuminations de Rimbaud. Ce sera l’occasion de revoir les méthodes pour lire et analyser le récit, le théâtre et la poésie, et de connaître les caractéristiques des courants littéraires comme le classicisme et le symbolisme. Les élèves seront amenés à produire des écrits créatifs et argumentatifs. Nous reverrons également les natures et fonctions grammaticales, les temps et leurs valeurs, les figures de style, et l'utilisation des propositions subordonnées. 

 

Program January - March 2021

 

Language and Literature class follows the official academic curriculum and students will have a chance to study and gain new information from the field of French Literature. The class will work on analysing the Portrait by N. Gogol, l'Avare by Molière and the Illuminations by Rimbaud among others. The class will also provide students with an opportunity to review and learn more about the methods used for reading and analysing novels, theatre and poetry materials from the eras of Realism, Classicism and Symbolism. Furthermore, students' in-class and off-class assignments will include the production of creative and argumentative writings. The class will also review grammatical natures and functions, tenses and their values, figures of speech, and the use of subordinate clauses.
